Worship
& Music Ministries…
God has provided
so many wonderful gifts through which we can more fully worship Him, but
perhaps the greatest of these is the gift of music. Music is a language of the
soul. It stirs our emotions, our minds and our bodies to worship God. Music
communicates--therefore; it is viewed as a communication vehicle.
Celebration Choir
The Celebration Choir is the primary worship-leading ensemble at TVCC. Its
members feel they have been called by the Lord to invite and prompt others to
worship. The choir rehearses weekly on Wednesday evenings,
World
& Local Outreach Ministries…
God has given us a great desire to see people from
every tongue, tribe and nation knowing, loving, serving and delighting in Him!
This desire springs from His great love for us. We long to see others
acknowledging Him for who He is and experiencing the same wonderful hope and
forgiveness that He has extended to us.
Our
church supports four world mission organizations. We encourage the
missionaries from these various organizations to come throughout the year to
report on their respective assignments around the world. We also
encourage individuals to support these organizations and personnel as the Lord
lays that need upon their hearts

Statement
of Faith…
Our
main reason for being a church is to worship Jesus Christ as our savior. He is
God’s son who came to us to tell us the ‘Good News’.
This
‘Good News’ is that we can know our creator God by believing in Jesus. He died
for our sins. When we believe in Jesus he forgives us of our sins and we are
‘Born Again’ into his kingdom. Heaven is our destination, and while we live on
this earth God comes to live in us. This is really Good News!
The
bible is our source book and we believe that God is speaking to us through the
bible. This explains why we spend a majority of our time studying the bible.

Vision
& Values…
The
1.
The Divine inspiration, reliability and authority of the Holy Scriptures as the
norm of Christian faith and conduct.
2.
The estrangement of man from God, from his fellow man, and from his own true
being, vocation, and fulfillment of life.
3.
The necessity of repentance for sin, justification by faith, the new birth, the
direct witness of the Holy Spirit to adoption into the family of God, and
entire sanctification, wherein the Christian believer experiences the reality
of full inner cleansing from inherited moral depravity, and the indwelling
fullness of the Holy Spirit.
4.
A life of such inward purity and outward righteousness that marks the Christian
as being separate in mind and character from the unsaved multitudes whom he
seeks to win to Jesus Christ.
5.
The practice of simplicity and freedom in worship, unburdened by elaborate
ritual or pagan superstition.
6.
A life of total dedication to God, making all Christian service to be a
responsible and joyful stewardship to Him.
7.
The abundant life of love, righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit,
through whose indwelling fullness the Christian is enabled to live
victoriously, serve Christ effectively, and look expectantly for His promised
return.
